“Perk Up Coffee Card” Full Terms & Conditions 

1. One (1) Coffee Card is valid per person.

2. The Coffee Card must be presented at the time of purchase to be redeemed.

3. The Coffee Card is valid for redemption at participating retailers listed on the card only.

4. The Coffee Card is valid for one (1) regular small beverage only.

5. Eligible beverages include: small tea, flat white, latte, cappuccino, mochaccino or hot chocolate.

6. Specialised milks, including but not limited to almond, soy, oat or lactose-free milk, are not included and will incur an additional charge payable by the customer.

7. The Coffee Card can only be redeemed once and is not valid for multiple transactions.

8. The Coffee Card is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit or any other form of compensation.

9. The Coffee Card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise stated.

10. Lost, stolen, damaged or expired Coffee Cards will not be replaced.

11. The Coffee Card is valid until 30 June 2027. No extensions will be permitted beyond this date.

12. Redemption is subject to availability and the normal trading conditions of participating retailers.

13. All prices include GST where applicable.

14. The Promoter (Region Group Shopping Centres managed by Knight Frank Australia) reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this offer at any time if circumstances arise beyond its reasonable control.
